Catering Agreement Contract

Guarantee, Deposit and Cancellation

Patron shall at least 10 days prior to the day of the event; specify the exact number to be in attendance.  This number shall constitute a guaranteed minimum and patron will be charged accordingly.  The guarantee may be increased up to 5 days prior to the event. 

Imagine Beyond Custom Catering is not responsible for a greater number of people than the guaranteed minimum.  Your non-refundable deposit will be based on 50% of the estimated total dollar value of your function to secure a date.  Please note, if function is cancelled or estimated total dollar value is reduced by more than 50%, you will be liable for all charges incurred to Imagine Beyond Custom Catering. 

These charges will be deducted from your deposit or, if deposit was waived, your credit card will be billed accordingly. This includes site check fee. Respectively, at the time of the event, if head count exceeds 10% of the guaranteed minimum, your credit card will be charged accordingly

Payment in Advance

All orders must be paid in full prior to the event.  Checks are accepted if received 10 days in advance.  All other forms of payment (cash, certified bank check or credit card) must be received before the 72-hour deadline.  If payment is not made, IBCC reserves the right to cancel function and retain entire deposit.

Confirmation

To consider an order confirmed, Imagine Beyond Custom Catering must have a deposit and the signed “Catering Agreement” contract, as well as a valid credit card on file.

Credit Cards

A 3% convenience fee will be added to all credit card transactions.

Service Charge

There is a 17% service charge added to the total food and beverage charges on all events.  This is a standard charge in the industry which helps to offset the costs associated with coordinating an event.  Please note that service charge is taxable and is not a gratuity.

Event Coordination

In the event our coordination services are desired, there will be a 10% charge added to the entertainment or miscellaneous services provided.  Please note that food, beverage and IBCC rentals are excluded from this fee.

Substitutions and Pricing

Imagine Beyond Custom Catering reserves the right to substitute an item with a comparable item of equal or greater value for any reason that we feel necessary in order to maintain our highest level of quality and integrity.  Although we always strive for perfection, IBCC reserves the right to make any corrections or refuse to accept an order that may have been placed incorrectly.

Release of Liability

Imagine Beyond Custom Catering reserves the right to remove all leftover food and product not consumed by the end of the event.  If patron chooses to keep any food it then becomes the sole responsibility of the patron for proper refrigeration and handling relinquishing IBCC of any and all responsibility for damages that may be caused
